Still war in Ukraine, but ready for war in Iran and South America

While the new Pope conducts a bewildering “modernization” that claims science and faith are partners — as in the murderous Coved crime one wonders — the greater immediate danger to Americans is that their own president apparently is prepping for new wars, another attack on Iran and for a fight with Venezuela, perhaps also involving Colombia.

There clearly are few good guys in the governments of those countries. But Iran is solely Israel’s problem, and after letting China invade and for all practical purposes settle in Central and South America, Trump and his foreign policy amateurs seem to believe that they can undo the damage done by the U.S. government’s refusal to enforce the Monroe Doctrine for more than forty years by clearing the Southern Hemisphere of China and its economic and strategic successes. Fat chance. Even if the Trump administration were to succeed it will have conducted the new wars – as has every president since 1945 — unconstitutionally.

It has been reported that there had been a deal on the table between the U.S. and Venezuela for several weeks – before the U.S. backed out — which would have greatly increased the oil being sold to American purchasers, provided a very favorable deal to U.S. purchasers of rare-earth minerals, and included a deal that Venezuela would accept the increased the return of 2,500 of its illegal aliens per week, rather than the 200 that are now being accepted. The Trump Administration ditched this deal and now has U.S. Navy flotilla and 4,000 U.S. marines sailing to and fro in the Atlantic off South America’s coast. Why are they there? The most obvious answer seems to be that Blackrock Chief Larry Fink – never a more appropriate last name – and his robber-baron sidekicks at State Street and Vanguard are seeking to corner Venezuela’s oil production, as a complement to their so far successful campaign to buy hundreds of thousands of family homes in the United States to prevent young people for buying them and starting families, which is, of course. a tack high on the list of World Economic Fund (WEF) priorities for the its plan for population concentration controlled in 15-minute cities then and massive population reduction. It seems that Trump does not know – or is ignoring – the fact that that Fink is now the acting director of the WEF. How does man like Fink even get access to the president. Oh, yes, I forgot, money screams

Also apparently beyond the ken of Trump and his foreign-policy makers is that the United States already is more than adequately hated in the Southern Hemisphere, and may not need any more bad press and silly Gilbert-and-Sullivan-like imperialist military endeavors. The republic’s needs in that region are few, negate the Democrat-managed, illegal-alien invasion of America by sending them all home, and to begin to remove the Chinese invasion of the continent, which has created for Beijing a heavy political and economic presence and influence in the region, which would increase with the U.S.-made wars that seem likely. Getting China out of Panama is only a start, and probably the easiest part of the task.

Many Americans tend to think of South America’s military prowess as a cartoonish body of gaudily dressed dictators and generals. They are fooled by appearances and old movies. Guerilla warfare is not uncommon in the region. A U.S. attack on Venezuela, for example, probably would bring Colombia’s military to the aid of Caracas. Colombia, of course fought a long guerilla war against the talented insurgent/terrorist/narcotics organization called FARC and eventually prevailed. The territory of both Venezuela and Colombia lend themselves to guerrilla wars, and, as is well known from Afghanistan and Iraq, the U.S. military has not covered itself in glory when fighting guerilla wars. The administration also should not make the mistake it made in Yemen and Iran by assume that South America’s military and guerilla forces cannot adapt to and use modern and scientifically sophisticated weapons. Indeed, Nicaraguans are now working in Yemen to help improve their use of drone weapons, and Iran and Lebanese Hezbollah have long been present and active in Venezuela and Colombia.

As always, the bottom line for Americans since 1945 is that all our wars are ordered by a War Lord we refer to as the President. He and Congress defy the Constitution, start wars, and ultimately loses every time. The only sure things in all of the U.S. wars since 1945 – along with losing — are that the national debt will increase, civil liberties will be further contracted, military personnel will be killed and maimed, flag officers will demonstrate their manifest unworthiness to command, and additional proof that there is almost no shelter left for everyday Americans under the increasingly gutted Constitution.
