With Israel, again, and again, and again on the road to the republic’s ruin – Why?

It begins, again, to look like an episode of a long-running  freak show that sees Israel and Palestine putting America at the brink of war, long after they and their American supporters have destroyed the reputation of the United States for even-handedness foreign affairs, and now further strengthen the world’s belief that the United States supports to-the-hilt the ghastly conduct of supposedly allied countries like Israel, Palestine, and Ukraine. In truth, though, the fatal fault lies only on the United States president, Congress, bureaucracy, military, and media as there seems not to be more than a dozen men and women in that entire mass of detritus that gives a good damn about U.S. security and the safety of Americans.

Since Truman recognized Israel because he needed money for a presidential campaign, the United States — and especially its double-passported Congress, media, and Jewish-American community – have shaped the republic in only one direction; namely to make it become Israel’s bottomless treasury and monster defender whenever the Israeli government snaps its fingers. It also ensures that the whole world knows that America literally is Israel’s Daddy Warbucks, one that has money but neither backbone nor brain. To identify the American republic as being independent is, today, utter, lying nonsense. How can it be independent when all it takes are orders from Israel instructing America that its wartime, and to initiate the march of American military forces toward the Middle East?

Between Israel and NATO the idea of an independent America, free to decide for itself when it will act internationally and when it will not, is a purely ridiculous assertion, a nonsense. The fact is that the definition of our-war making power lies not in acting according to the Constitution and doing what is best for the United States – which almost always would be a quick decision to resolutely stay at home – but rather to surrender the republic to the control to the likes of Israeli leaders, spokesmen, and Jewish-Americans, the latter threatening to withdraw their donations to schools because some students support Palestinians. Americans also simultaneously run a daily risk that one of the many small and feckless NATO governments will get into a military jam that means automatic war for America. In such case, America immediately begins a must-be-fought war because the North Atlantic treaty has made the republic both the pawn of Western European politics and the longtime funder for the defense of the World’s most woke, week-kneed, and anti-military region.

And where are the mighty Arab leaders? Well, they are where they always have been, sitting on their thrones in presidential or royal palaces, pushing money to Palestine to ease their consciences, while condemning the United States and Israel for killing “poor Palestinians” (or Lebanese, Iranians, or Syrians, or whoever Israel marks as its target of the month). The Arabs will do anything they can to defend the Palestinians, so long as its causes themselves no harm, physical discomfort, unwanted immigration, or undo effort, which amounts – per their own words — to a sort of a Koran-be-damned attitude. Look at a map of the region for a moment and ask why the enormous Arab and Muslim world has failed for 75 years to solve Palestine’s problems with Israel by force or by holding the world hostage via their oil weapon? The answer of course is that the Arab and Muslim governments – like Israel and NATO governments – see the United States government as always ready to play the tied-down-like-Gulliver sucker. That is just a too perfect and hilarious scene for them to tamper with. As long as the republic remains obedient by staying at the end of Israel’s short-leash, and as long as Israel keeps the U.S. Congress, media, and bureaucracy suborned, the Arab leaders can forever preach hatred for Israel, love for the Palestinians, and damnation for the Americans, while all the while hanging around their palaces and living the good life to extreme excess.

The bottom line is that mindless American support for Israel begins to be ingrained in young Americans even before high school. That idea is based on a media-built vision of Israel as a “struggling democracy” and “our only ally”, in the Middle East. In this scenario it is a country surrounded by hate-filled – though militarily impotent – Arab states, and thus the United States must always remain the mighty protector of this “tiny democracy”. No questions asked. To complement this theme – at least when I was a kid, perhaps not now – history teachers showed accurate films about the terrors of the Nazi camps, with the second purpose of instilling pity and love for Israel in naïve children. Thus, in my day, this was the start of mind-controlled adults, ever ready to acquiesce to Israel’s demands. It worked well for a good many years, until the Democrats decided to punish Israel and Jews generally by using their professorial ideologues to teach hate for Israel and love for Palestinians and other terrorists, like the party’s very own BLM and ANTIFA. Somewhere along the line, Israeli and Jewish-American leaders lost the thread, failing to see that their donations were being used to pay for the Democrats’ inculcation of anti-Semitism and production of their most important product … hate.

The United States government, under the Constitution, has never had a genuine and binding obligation to defend any nation but its own; other countries and people are not in its purview, unless there is foreign intervention with intent to seize control of territory in the Western Hemisphere. (NB: Our elites, however, have sidestepped their duty under the Constitution, the Monroe Doctrine and commonsense by allowing China to economically throttle the countries south of the Rio Grande.) Despite that constitutional fact, the U.S. government has signed and ratified treaties like the North Atlantic Treaty that created NATO, which, on its face, is unconstitutional because it negates the ability of the Congress to fulfill its sole constitutional responsibility to decide if, when, and against whom the United States will go to war. Truman’s administration and the Congress, of course, signed and ratified the NATO Treaty as much to defend the U.S. government and presidential wars against the will of its own people as to confront the USSR. The treaty was meant to ensure that future American presidents would not – like Franklin Roosevelt – have to be harassed by a pesky and always overwhelming majority of Americans who resolutely oppose the wars for which the sainted FDR and his close associates were panting.

So ardently did FDR and his boys want war that they used economic sanctions to maneuver Japan into a choice between war and complete economic oblivion. The Japanese obligingly did the necessary in spades, on 7 December 1941, and naturally turned America into a country rabid for war, and rightly so. Few of today’s Americans, however, know that in the weeks preceding Pearl Harbor, nationwide polls continued to show seventy-to-eighty percent of Americans opposed any foreign war, this even after they were being attacked by FDR, his cabinet, the FBI and their allies in the British government and security services, which were working independently and covertly in America, with FDR’s okay. The activities of these beauties were intended to break the back of the non-interventionist movement; that is the ant-war will of the American people. For three years before Pearl Harbor that unholy alliance had been waging war to discredit non-interventionists as Pacifists, Nazis, mentally ill, and anti-Americans. FDR’s deceit, illegality, adoration of Britain and its traditional wickedness, and something near treason turned the trick. He got the war he wanted, and Hitler helped him by declaring war on the United States. With Pearl Harbor. the American people seemingly lost forever their right to effectively oppose and so stop a president determined to go to war just because he wants to and does so in violation of the Constitution. Again, the proof of that lies in the treaty that produced NATO. If little Moldova is attacked early tomorrow morning, the United States would be at war before most people had their breakfast and heard the news. It would be yet another Presidential War, which in no way can be identified as a legitimate American war.

Today, Americans see that several carrier task groups, thousands of Marines, sailors, airmen, and soldiers, scads of military aircraft, and many billions of dollars are being sent to the Middle East so the republic can once again play lapdog and do Israel’s bidding against the Palestinian horde the Israel’s are seeking to obliterate from the earth. Another fool’s errand, more dead and maimed U.S. military personnel, and perhaps a nuclear war. If Israel does not scour Hamas from the scene, the remnants of Hamas will regroup, feed of the money and military resources of the Arabs, Persians, and others to rebuild, and before long the United States will be giving increased aid to the Israelis and playing the role of a brain-dead military automaton, like a rich old Dad who forever goes to the rescue of an errant child who can never seem to grow up or care for his own. What’s the point? The continued existence of Israel is about as low on the totem pole of genuine U.S. national-security interests as you can get; perhaps only Ukraine and Palestine could be lower.

The bottom line for America is to stop doing things in the foreign-policy realm that do not matter, unnecessarily risk war, or are just plain stupid. As a nation, we are now flush with all three. The security of the United States is not dependent on the existence of Ukraine, Israel, Palestine, or NATO. Indeed, each drains our resources, expands our commitments, betrays our strategic stupidity, deepens our debt, and needlessly increases – because of a long war-mad, suborned, and constitutionally irresponsible Congress — our chances of getting into a war for peoples and/or entities that are, at base, worthless to us and from whom we earn only scorn, threats, and less national security

The U.S. government’s responsibility rests on only five principles; namely, (a) the protection of America’s territorial integrity and people, the maintenance of all of the Constitution and Bill of Rights, (b) ensuring there is a vibrant republicanism nationally and in each state; (c) displaying an appropriate and genuine level of thankfulness for God’s gifts to Christian America, among which are the broad oceans that flank the republic, deep harbors, abundant natural resources, navigable rivers, endless fertile land, ample potable water, the best-kept environment in the world, and (d) the consistent use of the stern commonsense and measured pessimism that characterized the republic’s founding. The Lord’s gifts are things that only fools would dare to ignore or deliberately cock-up. Sadly, since 1917 our republic’s elites, as a whole, can best be described by the term “fools a’plenty”, bent only on causing wars and filling their pockets, while our children die in the unnecessary wars they are sent to fight but never to win. Thus, the failure to win any war since 1945.

Since 1783, this republic has never had an ally that it would not be better off without, nor a foreign nation whose disappearance or destruction would matter a lick. Americans need to examine the shocking and debilitating mess that both political parties deliberately have made of the republic, its wealth and economy, its once ethnically compatible and patriotic population, its social cohesion, its borders, its respect for religion, and its fierce detestation of foreign wars and the idiot idea of taking orders from foreigners and foreign institutions they had no voice in electing or creating. Having done that review, Americans worth the name will know what needs to be done. The republic’s existence now depends on whether they decide to do it.
